Hello, I am subleasing my room in a 3 BR/2Bath house because I'm moving out of state for a job. The location of this house is amazing because it is conveniently near 15th St & Mcfarland. Easy to get to campus, downtown, or out of Tuscaloosa.. close to the mall, restaurants, multiple shopping centers and multiple ways to get everywhere! 2 straight male roommates are attending college while also working at the same restauraunt. Active individuals, they are into Yoga, Healthy eating, Ballet and fitness.. they are positive & inspiring people. They will cook for you and keep the house clean, working as a team! We have a beautiful garden in the backyard and grow fresh organic food. The room will cost $400 a month and utilities range from $90-100 per person. (Utilities including water, AC, heat, electric, cable & fast Internet) Dishwasher & Laundry unit in house. I can make this available for you to move in on October 1st. if you need this room a little earlier than Oct 1 or later than that, we can talk about that too.
